HOW DO I GET MY MONEY BACK?

To request your money back visit moneyback.cooleswan.com at least 30 days after purchasing a promotional product and fill out your full name, email address, and a short statement (min. 15 words) as to why you did not love the product. You will be required to upload a picture of your original till receipt clearly showing your valid purchase.

WHICH COOLE SWAN PRODUCTS DOES THIS APPLY TO?

You must have purchased a 70cl bottle of Coole Swan

WHO IS THIS PROMOTION APPLICABLE TO?

The promotion is open to residents of the UK and ROI. The claimant must be aged 18 or over.

HOW MUCH CAN I CLAIM FOR?

You can only claim for the price you paid for the product. The maximum refund value is £26 / €26.

HOW WILL I BE REFUNDED?

You will be refunded via your selected method of Bank Transfer / Paypal. Refunds will be processed within 21 days of your claim.

I DON’T HAVE A PAYPAL ACCOUNT. WHAT CAN I DO?

You can set up your own PayPal account free of charge here.

WHEN WILL IT BE TOO LATE TO MAKE A CLAIM?

The purchase period runs from 15 February 2024 to 21 June 2024. To allow for to 30 day cooling off period the 3 August 2024 will be the last date you will be able to make a claim.

HOW MANY TIMES CAN I CLAIM?

You can make 1 claim per household.
